Singapore is a good case to look at. They have high rate of vaccination but life isn’t back to normal. I think it will just have to play out for a while where people will die at a certain rate. People are repeatedly vaxxed until everyone has caught it as well since natural immunity from having acquired it lasts longer. Then maybe everyone can co-exist with it with boosters for vulnerable.
