Nexus X HumectressThere has been a number of incidents of this kind from different sides. A black Trump supporter was murdered. Someone was shot for saying “all lives matter.” A libertarian pro-BLM protestor was shot and killed in Dallas. Protestors have been attacked by people trying to run them down in cars. Protestors have also attacked motorists seemingly at random. A range of other comparable incidents. Just as it only took the spark of George Floyd’s murder to spark massive civil unrest, it would only take the spark of an incident like this to ignite a political/racial/tribal civil war. That’s exactly how it started in the former Yugoslavia, which, along with the Lebanese civil war of the 70s/80s, would be the model for a civil war of the kind that would occur in the US today. It would not be North vs South like it was last time. Nor would it be Red vs Blue states or even urban vs rural. It would neighbor vs neighbor, family vs family, distant cousin vs distant cousin, city vs city block, random individual vs random individual, feral gang of bandits vs feral gang of bandits, etc. In other words, the worst possible thing that could happen to any civilization. Think smart, folks.

Gunfire broke out on Fourth of July weekend in Atlanta, injuring over 20 people and killing three, including an 8-year-old girl, police said.
An investigation is underway after the 8-year-old was fatally shot Saturday night across the street from the Wendy’s restaurant where a former police officer killed Rayshard Brooks, officials said.
Secoriea Turner was riding in a car with her mother and an adult friend on I-75/85 when they exited onto University Avenue, police spokesman Sergeant John Chafee told USA TODAY. As the driver tried to enter a parking lot at 1238 Pryor Road, a group of armed individuals blocked the entrance, Chafee said.
Someone from the group began shooting at the car multiple times, striking the 8-year-old, police said. The girl was taken to Atlanta Medical Center where she died from her injuries.
There have been ongoing protests near the Wendy’s restaurant in the aftermath of the death of Brooks and George Floyd, who was killed by police in Minneapolis on Memorial Day.
“Enough is enough,” Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms said at a Sunday news conference.
