CBS “60 Minutes” Promotes Scientist Who Claimed Billions Would Die From Global Cooling

On Sunday night, CBS’s flagship news program, “60 Minutes,” highlighted warnings from a Stanford University biologist named Paul Ehrlich. In the broadcast, Ehrlich claimed, “humanity is not sustainable… for the entire planet, you’d need five more Earths.”

But that claim was debunked in the peer-reviewed scientific journal, Plos Biology, by leading scientists, including the Chief Scientist of The Nature Conservancy, nearly a decade ago.

And newly-available archival footage shows Ehrlich claiming that global cooling, not global warming, would result in global famine.

  1. I no longer party attention to which lies the media is vomiting out, because the real problem is all the retards who still believe them. First of all, people have a right to lie and obvious incentives to do so. So if you’re just believing things people tell your without intense scrutiny you’re a piece of shit who deserves oppression. I’m not interested in fixing society and its tribal retards, I have zero sympathy for these people. They are the problem. Without sheep the wolves would starve. We don’t need Project Veritas so much as a mass chlorination of the gene pool. Anyone stupid enough to vote shouldn’t have children.
