Menendez Brother Loses Bid for Release Three Decades After Sensational Murder

Erik Menendez should stay in prison, California parole commissioners said, dealing a major blow to his efforts to win release more than three decades after he and his brother, Lyle, murdered their parents in a Beverly Hills mansion. Lyle Menendez will get his own chance at parole on Friday.
