Biden officials hid deadly health risks of COVID vaccines, bombshell Congressional report reveals | 21 May 2025 | The Biden administration has been accused of purposefully covering up potentially deadly side effects of the Covid vaccines. A Congressional investigation found White House officials held back warnings about heart damage from Covid vaccines in younger people, even after getting early alerts from other countries, including Israel. Internal emails and memos suggest a planned Health Alert Network (HAN) message by the CDC regarding myocarditis — inflammation of the heart muscle — was not released. The Biden administration, the report alleges, gave former top infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci talking points to downplay the myocarditis risk, instructing them to say that the reported cases “have been mild and often go away without requiring treatment.”
U.S. launches doomsday Minuteman III nuclear-capable missile in dramatic show of force | 21 May 2025 | The U.S. Air Force launched a nuclear-capable intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) capable of delivering a nuclear warhead to anywhere on Earth Wednesday morning — as part of a regular test of the country’s doomsday missiles. The Minuteman III missile was unarmed when it launched from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, the military said. The missile traveled 15,000 miles per hour to a test site in the Marshall Islands 4,200 miles away, officials said. The Minuteman is a 1970-era program that the Air Force plans to replace with the Sentinel system — but that program has been plagued by cutbacks and delays.

Senate votes unanimously to eliminate federal taxes on tips | 20 May 2025 | The Senate voted unanimously Tuesday to pass legislation that would eliminate the collection of federal taxes on tips, moving a step closer to fulfilling one of President Donald Trump’s key campaign promises. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) introduced the No Taxes on Tips Act earlier this year. Trump floated the proposal while stumping in Nevada during his 2024 presidential campaign, and the idea was quickly embraced by Democrats, too…Democrats helped push the bill over the finish line Tuesday in a surprise move led by Sen. Jacky Rosen (D-Nev.), one of the measure’s co-sponsors. Unanimous consent success rates are not high for major changes to the tax code, and the maneuver Tuesday took political observers by surprise.
5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judge criticizes SCOTUS for blocking Trump deportations under AEA | 21 May 2025 | A 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judge is criticizing the Supreme Court for blocking President Trump’s deportations of two allegedly illegal Venezuelan migrants under the Alien Enemies Act. Judge James Ho, a Trump appointee, wrote a concurring opinion Tuesday in which he argued the high court reversed the appeals court’s unanimous decision that ruled the illegal immigrants, “identified as members of Tren de Aragua, a designated foreign terrorist organization, should not be allowed to proceed in this appeal” because of the court’s lack of jurisdiction. “As an inferior court, we’re duty-bound to follow Supreme Court rulings — whether we agree with them or not. We don’t have to like it. But we have to do it,” Ho wrote. He stated that he has “sincere concerns about how the district judge as well as the President and other officials have been treated in this case.”
Mace files resolution to expel House Democrat after her arrest at ICE detention facility protest | 21 May 2025 | Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., introduced a House resolution Wednesday to expel Democratic New Jersey Rep. LaMonica McIver, who earlier this week was served with federal charges for allegedly assaulting law enforcement officers this month while protesting at a federal immigrant detention center. “On May 9th, McIver didn’t just break the law, she attacked the very people who defend it,” Mace said in a press release announcing the new House Resolution. “Attacking Homeland Security and ICE agents isn’t just disgraceful, it’s assault. If any other American did what she did, they’d be in handcuffs. “McIver thinks being a Member of Congress puts her above the law. It doesn’t. She should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
