Elon’s 19 Year Old Hacker’s Dark Past EXPOSED

Episode 212 with Judd Legum

This week, after a truly unhinged DOGE presser in the Oval Office, Elon Musk in the halls of power is at the front of our mind. Join us and special guest Judd Legum to discuss Judd’s watchdog reporting on Musk’s abuses and follies in (unelected) office, where he’s keeping tabs on how the richest man in the world has bought his way into Trump’s right-hand position. Judd has been particularly important in exposing the dark past of some of Elon’s hackers. Watch below:

In case you missed it, Tuesday featured a press conference with Musk and Trump as the latter announced an executive order to give the former even more power over government spending. Now, you’re probably wondering what Elon Musk is doing anywhere near the keys to the castle, given not only his volatile personality and penchant for Nazi salutes but also his own personal interests as the owner of X, Tesla, and more. Well, despite what many government employees are calling a grossly illegal overstepping on Musk’s part as he slashes government budgets, Musk shows no sign of stopping, and the Tuesday presser was part of that. In reporting on the presser, our guest Judd notes DOGE’s goal as described by one source close to the organization, “to depress workforce morale and increase attrition” within government employment, basically forcing people out of jobs and making government jobs less tenable, more dysfunctional work environments.

With Judd, we review the highlights (lowlights?) of This Week in Musk and, given the trends in Musk’s escalating power, what a Next Week in Musk might look like. From the insane reveal that Grimes objects to her ex’s bringing their son to hang out with Trump to careful analyses of Musk’s attacks on the various branches of government, we’ve got a full show covering all the points you’re interested in hearing about — so we’re glad you’re joining us. This episode will be available as a podcast tomorrow on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Pandora, and other major streaming platforms.
