It’s premature to say Kamala Harris will win, but no one expected her to so swiftly capture the Democratic Party, silence her critics within (some of whom now work for her), and make Republicans lose their minds. New York’s national correspondent Gabriel Debenedetti writes about the transformation of the vice-president from a punch line to a savior in under a week and reports on how her campaign plans to beat Donald Trump with barely 100 days left.
