YouTube Nukes My Channel for “Hating” Genocide

Now I hate YouTube too

Prior to this week’s FFWN special “Political Conflict in the Age of Psychic Warfare” with John Carter, I learned that my backup YouTube channel had been erased.

Back in October 2022, YouTube had nuked my main channel, TruthJihadRadio (which is backed up at AltCensored). The only reasons they gave were vague statements about “medical misinformation” and “questioning the results of an American election.” (Those two topics, medicine and election controversies, constituted less than .1% of my content, and I did not push any particular viewpoints on those topics very hard.)

Since then, I have been using my backup channel, TruthJihad, for posting international TV interviews, mostly with Tehran-based Press TV and Ofogh TV. In those interviews I regularly express opposition to US foreign policy and Zionism, not necessarily in that order. The genocide of Gaza, of course, has been the topic du jour for the past six months.

I was very careful not to post my own podcasts on my sole remaining YouTube channel, since my guests and I occasionally express skepticism about COVID policies and elections. I assumed that if all I posted was professors and pundits discussing international politics on mainstream (foreign) TV, there is no way that YouTube would even give me any strikes, much less take down my channel.

I assumed wrong. Well, actually, I was right about not getting any strikes. Normally it is YouTube’s policy to semi-randomly assess strikes for “election skepticism” or “medical misinformation” or “hate speech.” They don’t take down a channel until it has been assessed three strikes. But this time I didn’t get any strikes, or any warnings of any kind whatsoever. Out of the blue, they just took down the channel.

What kind of “hate speech” did I commit? Apparently YouTube, or more specifically some 25-year-old they hired to review algorithmic red flags, figured out that I hate genocide. And since “Israel” is just a euphemism for the genocide of Palestine, that means I must hate Israel too. Well, maybe I do.

The detonation of a nuclear bomb over a populated area would be an unimaginably horrific tragedy if it happened anywhere except Tel Aviv.

The more the Zionists censor me, the more I hate them. And of course the more genocide they commit, the more I hate them even more. I would prefer to consider it “righteous anger.” But from YouTube’s perspective “we have removed your channel for repeated and/or severe violations of our righteous anger policy” wouldn’t cut it.

At this point, my burning hatred of the Genocidal Zionist Entity (GZE) is matched only by my abhorrence of YouTube. So if I wasn’t a hater before, I definitely am now. Speaking of which…when I first protested YouTube censorship by lionizing the YouTube shooter, Nasim Aghdam, I was, of course, joking.

Now…well, here’s my new Nasim Aghdam meme.
