Why Are There So Many Suicides in America?
Last November, the Wall Street Journal reported that suicides in the United States reached a record high in 2022. Almost 50,000 people in the U.S. committed suicide. The suicide rate was the highest since 1941. According to the article, healthcare professionals blame Covid, illicit drugs, and an oversupply of firearms. I’ve got a different answer.
