One thing: the prediction that military action in the Ukraine will ramp up in spring is almost certainly false. The thing is during Spring and Autumn you have mud season in Ukraine where you basically have 4 feet deep layer of mud that’s impervious to armies moving. That’s why you see fighting ramp up in the winter when the ground freezes over and in the summer where you just don’t have all the mud.
