Pamela Paul’s rhetoric, cervical cancer deaths, radical Édouard Louis, and more

New York Times opinion writer Pamela Paul has promoted anti-trans moral panics, contributed diatribes against alleged “woke” censorship, and is now framing Florida GOP Governor Ron DeSantis as a model that Democrats should emulate.

“But the idea of adopting a Democratic version of the DeSantis brand is very much the opposite of the sort of political wisdom that Paul and her evidently somnolent editors imagine it to be,” writes our DC Bureau Chief, Chris Lehmann.
