The Red-Brown-Yellow Alliance: Making Anti-War “Great” Again

I like this “Red” (socialist), “Brown” (nationalist), and “Yellow” (libertarian) alliance deal. Can I have an application, please?
Seriously speaking, whenever I take one of those “political compass” tests, I always test out as “left-anarchist” or “post-left.” I never test out as right-wing or conventionally socialist. Theoretically, I am only half a step removed from C4SS, a group I’ve been feuding with for 15 years. The problem is they’re so absorbed in the “woke” paradigm and essentially corrupted by Western liberalism to the point that it colors and distorts everything else they do. For example, they’ve published articles opposing secessionism because someone, somewhere, somehow might be racist or not able to get an abortion so we need to accept the US continental imperium in the meantime.

This article reflects a similar attitude toward war. “Well, all states are bad, and the Russians are meanies too, and some antiwar protestors are cringe and therefore let’s just forget about it and let the risk of WW3/nuclear confrontation escalate.” While I agree with much of the article and am philosophically closer to C4SS than many of the groups involved in the antiwar movement, it also demonstrates how left-anarchists become functional Democrats by assuming these kinds of attitudes.

A Rally Against Resistance

Firstly, I’d like to give my thanks to Dennis Morgan at Counterpunch for stating succinctly the exact fundamental problem with the “Rage Against the War Machine” rally that took place on February 19th, 2023. In Dennis’ own words, “We have to demand that the supply of weapons shipped to Ukraine stop immediately and that all NATO troops stand down and withdraw, as a precondition for negotiation with the Russians.” (emphasis added)

Let’s risk being prophetic for a moment and make a general statement about the immediate future of the war in Ukraine. Whether or not the US sends more weapons and aid, Ukrainians will continue to suffer, fight, and die as they resist their Russian attackers. At the same time, Russian citizens will continue to suffer, fight, and die as Putin continues to throw everything into his desired invasion. Such will be the case regardless of any intervention by any country in the world. How does this coalition straddle that nuance? Simple: pull out all material support for Ukraine and negotiate with Russia, no nuance required. The incorruptible goodness of diplomacy will ensure a peaceful, mutually beneficial solution is discovered, so they say. That would all be very nice were it not for what we just went over: Ukraine will not stop resisting and Russia will not stop aggressing, no matter what the US does. Whether they have Abrams tanks, bargain-bin artillery, or plain old sticks and local knowledge, they will violently resist violent aggression until they are forced to stop because their interests (Ukraine’s independence) are fundamentally hostile to those of Russia (Ukraine’s submission), and there’s little we yankees can do to change that.

Baby Boomer Democrats call themselves “liberal.” Gen X Democrats call themselves “progressive.” Millennial Democrats call themselves “socialist.” Their “ideology” is meaningless – just repeating whichever platitudes are popular at the time. All “the left” is – and has always been – is simply partisan Democrats.

    All they have in common is they hate and despise anyone who isn’t a partisan Democrat, white people, and of coure, the root of it all, their dads who made them go to church. The activists are either just getting paid, it’s a job, and/or they are narcissists who like to been seen (“visibility”) “making the world a better place” – good god, the arrogance, the hubris.

    Great example – I lived in SF for years. Food Not Bombs. Occasionally these narcissistic gasbags would show up and make a big performance of “feeding the homeless” – it was always garbage food, too.

    But the Christian churches provided the homeless and the poor with healthy, hot food *every single day, usually twice* with no fanfare.

    Leftists always take the side of violent criminals over innocent victims, they always take the side against people racialized as “white but not Jewish” and will make any excuse for a violent black thug beating up a little old Asian lady.

    Democrats – the Left – are a HATE GROUP and always have been. All the way back to the very beginning of the New Left they openly advocated “killing white babies.” Just like their hero Trotsky, in fact, a rich slave owner who wanted to unite the third world against Europe – to be led, of course, by Trotsky’s ethnic group. Funny how that works.

    Of course, the Old Left was no better – Communists killed more people than any other group in history, and the modern Left started with the French Revolution – financed by foreign capital, mind you – who were nothing more than bloodthirsty fanatics.

    Leftists are uniformly awful people, narcissistic, spiteful mutants.

    And the Left has NEVER – not one time – been “anti-war.” They were not aginst the Vietam war, they were pro-Vietnam war, they just sided with the Communists.
