1. When I was in Central America, the local very rural hospital/healthcare centers allowed people to to pay $20 (or more for nicer ones) monthly to become a member, and then cash prices for various other services. I paid about $30 for a 5 shot course to heal me of a mosquito borne flesh-eating bacteria. It’s already an Anarchist’s world out there, and most answers are being practiced presently!
