⚽ A Spanish judge ordered soccer ruling bodies Fifa and Uefa to halt their opposition to a parallel European competition known as the European Super League, ruling that they were practising anticompetitive behaviour and abusing their dominant position.
💉The Athletics Integrity Unithas suspended sprinter Issamade Asinga for four years for a doping violation. Asinga, who represents Suriname, tested positive for prohibited metabolites during an out-of-competition test, a month after he set his junior 100m world record of 9.89 seconds.
