It is very common for countries to send special forces to guard it’s embassy in an area of conflict, for example France did this earlier in the conflict when they sent GIGN special forces to guard the embassy.
The dude basically just said that individual freedoms and bodily autonomy are less important than maintaining a cheap labor pool. Yeah, his logic is flawed, but it’s also evil.
