I read John Carter’s (who is one of my favorite authors on Substack) new pieces on here, “Gay Race Communism Vs the Swarm,” and I think he misses some foundational premises. He catalogs successful and unsuccessful coups and revolutions, both recent and throughout modern history. From the Brazilian election of Lula, the Ottomans, South Korea, Erdogan, Nicolae Ceaușescu, and the Nepalese Discord revolution.

The successful coups he lists have real data to tell us. I want to focus on the most recent successful coup: the Nepalese coup of 2025. I do not have intimate knowledge of the coup, but I know some basic facts. There were protests planned where tens of thousands of people showed up at the parliament building and began climbing the walls and throwing rocks at the police, who began shooting protesters. The government responded by banning social media. The protests intensified as videos of the dead protesters hit the internet. The Prime Minister called for peace, asked members of the government not to resign, then resigned and fled to a military barracks. This was all happening while the Communist government of Nepal and its members had accumulated massive wealth while the average Nepali lived on $ 1,400 a year, mostly from remittances, and there was a 20% youth unemployment rate. Government members and their leaders were on social media flaunting their wealth. Gen Z protesters had started setting things on fire. Government buildings and the homes of party members were raided; police shot and killed 76 people and arrested 13,500 more. The government relented, and Gen Z elected a new government on Discord. All of this resulted in the election of Nepal’s first female Prime Minister.

So a communist government was replaced with a liberal republic led by a woman lawyer. Hmm, I am not sure if this is a win or a loss, to be honest.

What I want to look at is the mechanics of why this worked. The decentralization aspect of the protests and movement is important, but ultimately, it is the reason they happened that interests me.

There are two aspects to this. First is Machiavelli’s understanding that protests and unrest occur when the government fails to respond to corruption by not prosecuting corrupt people in the ruling class. People lose faith in the rule of law and in the basic structures and social contract that keep societies at peace.

The second is the really important one. People will act when the pain of inaction becomes more intolerable than the pain of action. This has a parallel structure: people will act if they benefit more from action than from inaction.

I spoke on my YouTube channel a while back about why we do not change things. I think one of the biggest reasons is that communism was defeated and there is no other structure that wasn’t thoroughly poisoned by liberal education. So, basically, people have no choice but to do what they are doing right now. It is the main reason why poor Americans do not flee America. It is because they have nowhere to run to.

So, to have a revolution, you have to create a new paradigm.

This is being done by democratic socialists in New York right now. The DSA is gaining speed and momentum because it offers a structure that will help people survive the ills of the system we have right now. Having grocery stores where local people can get discounted food and putting in rent controls sounds amazing when all of your food has to be brought in a box truck at great expense, and your rent is $6000 a month while you haven’t had a raise in 10 years.

I know, I know the government can’t run stores. I mean the PX on Army bases must have empty shelves, and the PA Fine Wine and Good Spirits must not exist, huh? John Stossel and the Reaganites really messed up Americans’ perspectives on things. Maybe the people in charge of logistics in the city and those who control the legal structures need to experience the problems firsthand to understand how they are doing things wrong. Maybe if a Mandami lackey comes to him and explains the problems, they might get solved faster than if a bodega owner seems like they are whining. Hey, it’s like the simp who gets the BPD female and then immediately regrets it when she slashes his tires because he got a text message from his sister. You really don’t understand what it’s like to have half your stuff taken in divorce court till you actually go through it and are left with alimony and child support payments while you’re going through so much depression you want to swallow a revolver. Then you go, ohhh, they weren’t incels; they were right. The system really is unfair.

Anyway, back to the point at hand. Where were we? Oh yeah, new systems. So the reason those barefoot Nepalese 20-somethings all burned down half a city is that they had no future, and if they won and got rid of the government, they could take their place. Crazy concept: if you flash your money in front of starving people, they may kill you and take your money. There is a reason you don’t wear jewelry on the subway in New York or Philly or Chicago or Atlanta or Baltimore or DC or in any neighborhoods in any American city. We may have some economic problems in our own country.

The thing is, though, we have a geography issue. See, Atlanta and Philly are like 1400 miles apart. So getting people to come together in these areas to solve these problems is a bit of an issue. I mean, imagine getting enough people, say, like a million people, together to live for 2 weeks in DC and Alexandria to burn down government buildings and houses without the military tossing missiles out of drones or major checkpoints being put up. Oh, and by the way, the reason you are going to do this is that you want to end gay race communism. You want white people to stand up for white people who are being displaced by brown people. Oh, and you want this to happen by using people from Michigan, Texas, Georgia, Florida, Maine, and Colorado who have nothing in common other than their skin tone. You are planning to do all this online with a bunch of anonymous people who have no stake in each other’s lives. While avoiding the feds. Also, while having an elite and boomer class who benefits only if there is mass immigration and DEI to keep the workforce swelled to keep labor costs down for their consumption.

Look, Parvini is right: the right wing cannot build a proper movement because they are full of disagreeable humans who try to pick everyone around them apart while purity testing all leadership.

There is also another issue. This happened in the capital of Nepal, Kathmandu. I honestly have not heard that word since Bob Segar in the 1990s. There is 0 chance that the government workers’ children in Alexandria will stage the coup you wish for. Even if they do somehow protest, get shot at, rage out, and burn down Capitol Hill, the government will just move to Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado and continue to do what they do while the military cleans up the kids.

So we need a new plan.

The first problem is geography. We need to think about this like bacteria and not like a lion. You are 1 person in 350 million people. You are a bacterium, not a lion. Bacteria multiply in one place before breaking off and starting a new colony. So day one is day one. You need to find a way to multiply. This means creating or finding a place where it is comfortable to multiply. If it were me, I would find a neighborhood or town and open a business. I would sponsor Little League and contribute to that town’s culture. The next thing I would do is start having cookouts in the park. Hang up signs around town saying the place and time, and invite anyone to come join. I would do this every weekend until the crowd grew to say 20 people. I would cultivate an environment where those people were comfortable discussing politics. I would grow this and ask those people to keep inviting more people. I would have orators give political speeches that drove out those who were uncomfortable and kept the ones I wanted, and keep spreading the word. I would grow it till we found more people who could speak and had the talking points down. I would send them to the next town and do the same thing. I would start using this as a way to get people jobs and get rid of immigrants from places. I would spread the word of this from person to person at jobs. I would form unions and pull in dues from multinational companies while at the same time forming bonds with local landlords to keep the immigrants out.

I would grow this till there was a war chest, then start doing this county by county across regions and have people fly regional flags. By the time the government knew what hit them, it would be too late; we would be forcing large multinationals out of our towns and retaking regions, forcing the government to capitulate to us. I would start in other regions where people are tied to the land and to their fellow humans who live in similar conditions. I would destroy the very concept of white. I would make the war between the somewheres and the anywheres a true conflict of nations and races. I would change the entire dialectic of the argument. I would decomodify the human capital and turn us into Appalachians, Southerners, Piedmonters, Lakelanders, and people of the Big Sky.

You cannot win a war of ideas against liberals who set the board up for you to never lose. You have to break the entire system.
