A pro-Nikki Haley Super PAC backed by a member of the Bush clan is running a digital billboard ad in Times Square that mocks former President Donald Trump as “grumpy” and President Biden as “confused.”
The ad flashing on Broadway and 43rd Streets is bankrolled by a group called Independents Moving the Needle.
The group is co-founded by New Hampshire billionaire scientist Frank Laukien, who has donated nearly $1.7 million to push Haley among independent-minded voters.
The other co-founder is healthcare tech executive Jonathan Bush, the cousin of former President George W. Bush.
The electronic billboard, running every 8 minutes, shows Trump with a stern look on his face and calls him “grumpy.”
