Biden Secretly Sends Back US Troops to Somalia

Somalia is colonized by NATO. Turkey and USA have a heavy presence there. Djibouti and Ethiopia are on team China, and Eritrea is on team Russia. The Horn of Africa is very weird geopolitically.
