The one thing that Tulsi has been consistent about in her career is her support for Hindu nationalism, which she is obviously trying to establish a place for in domestic US politics. Although she is a terror war hawk, and always has been, she is not a neocon and that is an important distinction.  I am more or less for anything that weakens the influence of the neocons in either party.
