What Leftists in the US Can learn From Peru Libre’s victory with Kayla & Camila

I generally don’t take positions on conflicts within or between other countries. The exception is when the United States is facilitating genocides, civil wars, coups, state repression, and de facto or de jour slavery in other places (which, unfortunately, involves a lot of other places). It’s kind of like if my parents or siblings were going around setting fires to other families’ houses or poisoning their wells, I might tell them to knock it off, without feeling the need to interfere in household arguments among other families.

This week’s episode, Camila and Kayla joined us to talk about the historical cycle of people’s movements throughout Latin America, the election results in Peru, and what leftists in the US can learn from Pedro Catillo’s victory.
