Trump just got the very first prison sentences under NSPM-7

On July 4, 2025, a group of anti-ICE activists held a protest outside the Prairieland Detention Center in Texas.1

But to the Trump regime, this display of solidarity was actually an antifa terrorist conspiracy — and 16 people have just been sentenced to over 560 years in prison.2

These are the very first convictions under NSPM-7, Trump’s terrifying presidential order directing federal law enforcement to target left-wing activists as domestic terrorists — and similar indictments have already been handed down in other states.3

Trump is now demanding a major increase in NSPM-7 funding to go after even more progressive activists, and we’re mobilizing tens of thousands of people to stop him.4

NSPM-7, which orders federal law enforcement to investigate organizations for “domestic terrorism” if they espouse such vaguely defined political views as “anti-capitalism” or “extremism on migration, race, and gender.”5

Under NSPM-7, virtually anyone can face prosecution as a domestic terrorist for as little as publishing an op-ed or attending a rally.

The evidence of a terrorist conspiracy presented at the Prairieland trial included the fact that protesters wore all-black clothes, used Signal to communicate, and participated in an anarchist book club.6

In a similar case in Minnesota, anti-ICE activists are being prosecuted for “conspiracy to impede or injure federal officers” because they attended a DSA meeting and tracked the license plate numbers of ICE vehicles.7

NSPM-7 must be stopped, and we’re counting on your help to ramp up our campaign to block any new funding for Trump’s war on left-wing speech.
