• Microneedle Patch Delivery: Instead of a traditional needle, the vaccine is administered using a bandage-like patch containing tiny, sugar-based needles.
• Quantum Dot Tattoos: Some of these needles are loaded with the vaccine while others carry microscopic, biocompatible nanocrystals called quantum dots.
• Dispersion and Pattern: When pressed against the skin, the needles dissolve in about two minutes. The quantum dots disperse into the skin in a specific spatial pattern—similar to a barcode or QR code—that correlates to the type of vaccine administered.
• Invisible Record: The dots emit near-infrared light, making them completely invisible to the naked eye but easily scanned using a customized smartphone or a near-infrared camera. They can last up to 5 years.

Targeted systemic delivery (Traveling to specific parts of the body)

If quantum dots are injected into the bloodstream such as in a vaccine (intravenously), their ultra-fine size (typically (1 to 10 nanometers) allows them to easily travel through blood vessels and cross biological barriers.

• Targeting Ligands: To make them go to a specific location (such as a tumor on the face or specific inflammatory cells in the body), the surfaces of the quantum dots can be modified with antibodies, peptides, or ligands. • Theranostics: Researchers utilize this “active targeting” in cancer therapies. The quantum dots can transport attached chemotherapy drugs directly to malignant cells. The Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) is the nation’s premier system of health-related telephone surveys that collect state data about US residents regarding their health-related risk behaviors, chronic health conditions, health-care access, and use of preventive services. Established in 1984, BRFSS collects data in all 50 states as well as the District of Columbia and participating US territories. BRFSS completes more than 400,000 adult interviews each year, making it the largest continuously conducted telephone-based health survey system in the world.

By collecting behavioral health-risk data at the state and local level, BRFSS has become a powerful tool for customizing and planning health promotion activities. BRFSS is a go-to resource for health data scientists, researchers, other federal agencies, national health organizations, and state and local governments. In addition, countries across the globe have sought technical assistance from CDC to develop similar surveillance systems. BRFSS is also a data source for other tools and systems, such as CDC’s Population Level Analysis and Community Estimates (PLACES), CDC’s Chronic Disease Indicators, and Healthy People 2030-Agenda 2030.

          Luukanen-Kilde was born in Värtsilä. She had to flee with her family in infancy during the Second World War and was raised in Helsinki. She studied medicine at the universities of Oulu and Turku, graduating in 1967. She was at one point the only medical practitioner at the hospital in Pelkosenniemi, performing dental and veterinary work as well. In March 1975, she became a provincial medical officer in Rovaniemi, Lapland; she became chief medical officer for Lapland.

          She knew about brain implants from 1946, she knew about mind control, the power of light to heal, she knew about stalking and directed energy weapons way before we ever did. She was a great soul and deserves recognition for her work.

          Luukanen-Kilde married a Norwegian diplomat in 1987 and moved to Norway in 1992. After her husband’s death in 1996, Luukanen-Kilde died in February 2015 in Vaasa after a long illness (radiation poisoning), having returned to Finland shortly before.
