TELL CONGRESS: Trump has made over $1.4 billion off the presidency. Earlier this month, his family made a $500 million crypto deal with the UAE royal family. Trump is also suing his own government for $10 billion. It’s blatant corruption and a grotesque abuse of power. Sign the petition: Investigate Trump’s self-dealing presidency!
Keith,
The New York Times detailed the over $1.4 billion the Trump family has made off of the presidency in Trump’s second term. That includes $90.5 million from Big Tech and media companies that settled lawsuits with Trump, and $867 million from various shady cryptocurrency ventures.1
The Times report didn’t include Trump’s latest $500 million crypto scandal: First, the royal family of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) secretly backed a $500 million investment into the Trump family’s World Liberty Financial crypto venture. Then, Trump agreed to sell advanced AI tech to the UAE.2
Trump’s also trying to take $10 billion away from the American people by suing his own government.3 Senator Elizabeth Warren is calling for immediate investigations into the massive conflicts of interest and clear self-dealing at the center of Trump’s deals and lawsuits.4,5

“Trump is profiting off the Presidency while American families are worrying about their jobs, the rising cost of groceries, and how they’re going to pay their bills,” said Senator Warren.6
The New York Times estimated that Trump’s second term profits in the White House are equal to 16,822 times the median U.S. household income.7 This calculation came before Trump’s latest UAE crypto deal, and it doesn’t include all the money CEOs and corporations are handing over for Trump’s $300 million White House ballroom project.
Beyond the self-dealing, Trump’s profit-centered relationships with foreign governments like the UAE and Qatar create dangerous foreign influence in U.S. policymaking.
Congress has to stop this open corruption.
