Judge Orders Abrego Garcia’s Release From ICE Detention

The judge said it was “troubling” that the Trump administration had kept Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, the immigrant who was wrongfully expelled to El Salvador in March, in custody for nearly four months without following through on its pledge to re-expel him.
