N.B.A. Player and Coach Arrested in Wide-Ranging Gambling Investigation

Indictments against Terry Rozier, a guard for the Miami Heat, and Chauncey Billups, the coach of the Portland Trail Blazers, are expected to be unsealed on Thursday in one of the largest-scale investigations in professional sports over the past several years.
