These can’t be called the winners—at best, they will be the non-losers this time round.

The real winners are the same as always: politicians securing their retirement sinecures, green activists gorging on public subsidies, virtue-signalling middle class fools—happy until they see that they will be paying the new bills—hedge fund managers betting on rigged markets.
