Biden approves Ukrainian strikes deep inside Russia with U.S. missiles – NYT | 17 Nov 2024 | Joe Biden has reportedly authorized Ukraine to use long-range American missiles to strike targets inside Russia’s pre-2014 borders, according to a New York Times report on Sunday citing anonymous American officials. The decision, if accurately conveyed by the newspaper, marks a major shift in Washington’s policy and will raise the stakes in the conflict between Moscow and Kiev. The White House has yet to comment publicly on the matter. The report states that Ukraine is expected to deploy the Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) against Russian forces and alleged North Korean troops in Russia’s Kursk Region, where fierce fighting is ongoing… ATACMS missiles can be fired from HIMARS launchers, which Ukraine has had in its arsenal since 2022. Kiev’s forces have had ATACMS missiles since April, but have until now been limited to using them on land considered Ukrainian by Washington. ATACMS missiles travel at supersonic speed and have a range of 300 kilometers (190 miles).
 
Putin issues nuclear warning to the West over strikes on Russia from Ukraine | 25 Sept 2024 | President Vladimir Putin warned the West on Wednesday that Russia could use nuclear weapons if it was struck with conventional missiles, and that Moscow would consider any assault on it supported by a nuclear power to be a joint attack. The decision to change Russia’s official nuclear doctrine is the Kremlin’s answer to deliberations in the United States and Britain about whether or not to give Ukraine permission to fire conventional Western missiles into Russia. Putin, opening a meeting of Russia’s Security Council, said that the changes were in response to a swiftly changing global landscape which had thrown up new threats and risks for Russia. “It is proposed that aggression against Russia by any non-nuclear state, but with the participation or support of a nuclear state, be considered as their joint attack on the Russian Federation,” Putin said.
 
Pentagon fails 7th audit in a row, unable to fully account for $824B budget | 17 Nov 2024 | The Pentagon failed its seventh consecutive audit on Friday as the agency was unable to fully account for its massive 824 billion budget, though officials were confident the Department of Defense “has turned a corner” in understanding its budgetary challenges m-ney laundering going forward. The audits resulted in a disclaimer of opinion, which means auditors were provided with insufficient information to form an accurate opinion of the accounts. Of the Department of Defense’s (DoD) 28 reporting entities that had standalone audits, nine received an unmodified audit opinion, one received a qualified opinion, 15 received disclaimers, and three opinions remain pending, the Pentagon said.
 
113 German MPs call for ban on major opposition party | 13 Nov 2024 | A large cross-faction initiative group [of totalitarians] in the German Bundestag has submitted a motion calling for a ban on the Alternative for Germany (AfD), a major opposition party with more than 80 seats in the national parliament. The initiators of the motion claim that the right-wing group is at odds with what they call the “central basic principles” of the democratic order and poses a danger to the state, according to local media. Established in 2013 as an Euroskeptic party, the AfD became known for its anti-immigration rhetoric amid the refugee crisis of 2015… Following the start of the conflict between Moscow and Kiev, the party criticized Berlin’s aid to Ukraine and called for the restoration of economic ties with Russia, which were effectively severed as a result of Berlin’s sanctions on Moscow.
 
Democratic Congressman Openly Reveals Plot to Form ‘Shadow Government’ to Undermine Trump Administration | 15 Nov 2024 | Democrats and Trump-haters in the D.C. Swamp went to great lengths to hide their efforts to destroy President Trump, his family, individuals associated with his campaign, his top administration officials, and eventually, his supporters from 2016 to October 2024. This time around, Democrats apparently aren’t going to hide their plans to thwart the president and his administration. A disturbing video reveals U.S. Representative Wiley Nickel (D-NC) appears to be speaking on the House floor as he shares the names of potential shadow government replacements. Journalist Kyle Becker posted the video and note on X: “House Democrats are denying the results of the 2024 election. They are trying to form a ‘shadow government’ to defy and undermine President Trump’s authority. The Democratic Party is trying to lead an unconstitutional ‘insurrection’ against Trump.” [But Republicans actually went to prison for questioning the 2020 coup. —@legitgov]
 
GOP lawmaker threatens to block seat if Bob Casey refuses to concede Senate race over illegal ballots | 17 Nov 2024 | Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah., took aim at Sen. Bob Casey over the Pennsylvania Democrat’s refusal to concede the election, arguing that the Senate could refuse to seat him if he continues to rely on “illegal votes.” “If Bob Casey doesn’t concede, Pennsylvania keeps counting illegal votes, & Casey relies on those votes to claim victory, the Senate could refuse to seat him,” Lee said in a post on X Saturday while citing Article I, Sec. 5, Cl. 1, which states that each “House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns, and Qualifications of its own Members.” The comment comes as Pennsylvania’s Senate race will be decided by a recount after Republican Sen.-elect Dave McCormick won the election by roughly 26,000 votes, or within the one percentage point margin that triggers an automatic recount under Pennsylvania law.

Kennedy Jr. for HHS Secretary –Kennedy Jr. endorsed Trump after he suspended his campaign earlier this year. | 14 Nov 2024 | President-elect Donald Trump on Thursday nominated 2024 Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to lead the Department of Health and Human Services. “For too long, Americans have been crushed by the industrial food complex and drug companies who have engaged in deception, misinformation, and disinformation when it comes to Public Health,” Trump posted on social media in announcing the nomination. He also said: “The Safety and Health of all Americans is the most important role of any Administration, and HHS will play a big role in helping ensure that everybody will be protected from harmful chemicals, pollutants, pesticides, pharmaceutical products, and food additives that have contributed to the overwhelming Health Crisis in this Country. Mr. Kennedy will restore these Agencies to the traditions of Gold Standard Scientific Research, and beacons of Transparency, to end the Chronic Disease epidemic, and to Make America Great and Healthy Again!”
 
Trump Selects Karoline Leavitt to Serve as White House Press Secretary | 15 Nov 2024 | President-elect Donald Trump announced Friday that he had selected Trump campaign national spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt to serve as White House press secretary. In a press release from the Trump-Vance transition team, Trump praised Leavitt for doing a “phenomenal job” as the national press secretary for his presidential campaign, adding that she was “smart, tough” and had “proven to be a highly effective communicator.” “Karoline Leavitt did a phenomenal job as the National Press Secretary on my Historic Campaign, and I am pleased to announce she will serve as White House Press Secretary,” Trump said. Leavitt served in Trump’s first administration as assistant press secretary.
 
Trump taps North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum for Interior Secretary | 15 Nov 2024 | President-elect Donald Trump on Friday officially announced his selection of North Dakota GOP Gov. Doug Burgum to serve as secretary of the Interior and chairman of a new National Energy Council. Trump had previously teased Burgum’s appointment earlier in the week, but did not issue an official statement until Friday. The North Dakota governor ran for the Republican nomination in 2024 and was later a finalist for Trump’s vice presidential pick, but lost out to Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio. The new NEC “will consist of all Departments and Agencies involved in the permitting, production, generation, distribution, regulation, transportation, of ALL forms of American Energy,” Trump said.
 
Muslims who voted for Trump upset by his pro-Israel cabinet picks | 15 Nov 2024 | U.S. Muslim leaders who supported Republican Donald Trump to protest against the Biden administration’s support for Israel’s war on Gaza and attacks on Lebanon have been deeply disappointed by his cabinet picks, they tell Reuters. “Trump won because of us and we’re not happy with his secretary of state pick and others,” said Rabiul Chowdhury, a Philadelphia investor who chaired the Abandon Harris campaign in Pennsylvania and co-founded Muslims for Trump. Muslim support for Trump helped him win Michigan and may have factored into other swing state wins, strategists believe. Trump picked Republican senator Marco Rubio, a staunch supporter of Israel, for Secretary of State. Trump also nominated Mike Huckabee, a former Arkansas governor and staunch pro-Israel conservative who backs Israeli occupation of the West Bank and has called a two-state solution in Palestine “unworkable,” as the next ambassador to Israel.
 
Conservative outrage at MSNBC silence after Al Sharpton took $500k from Kamala then did gushing interview | 14 Nov 2024 | Conservatives slammed MSNBC after host Rev. Al Sharpton accepted 500,000 from Kamala Harris’s campaign weeks before a gushing interview. Sharpton’s sit-down with Harris last month drew scrutiny for his softball questioning, with the conservative Washington Free Beacon releasing campaign finance records claiming his non-profit was paid handsomely before the gig. Harris’s campaign allegedly gave two 250,000 payments to Sharpton’s National Action Network on September 5 and October 1. And on October 20, Sharpton’s went on to praise Harris’s “extraordinary historic campaign” [LOL!] in a gushing interview, and branded Donald Trump “hostile and erratic.”
 
Fauci Got $15M in Taxpayer-Funded Security Services After He Retired – Report | 11 Nov 2024 | Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) who retired in December 2022, reportedly got 15,000,000 in taxpayer-funded security services — after he retired. The services were provided between January 4, 2023, and September 20, 2024. The government watchdog organization Open the Books found the evidence in a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the U.S. Marshals service and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) via a Freedom of Information Act request, a new report states.
 
CDC confirms Oregon’s first human case of bird flu | 15 Nov 2024 | The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Friday confirmed highly pathogenic form of bird flu in a person in Oregon. The infected person is linked to a previously reported outbreak tied to a commercial poultry operation in the state, where the virus has been confirmed in 150,000 birds, the state health authority said. A total of 52 people from eight states have tested positive in the U.S. this year as the virus has infected poultry flocks and spread to more than 500 dairy herds, the CDC said. [Do not comply.]
 
Migrants armed with loaded AR-15 attack police in deep blue city – then are released | 15 Nov 2024 | A suspected pair of migrants — one of whom was strapped with a loaded machine-gun — are roaming New York City streets again after they attacked two police officers while resisting arrest last week… Two officers suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to area hospitals. They were both knocked to the ground during the struggle, according to a criminal complaint. Abraham Sosa, 20, was hit with a slew of charges, including criminal possession of a machine gun, criminal possession of a loaded firearm and defaced weapon, resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration. He was also slapped with trespassing, assaulting a police officer and assault, as well as 25 counts of criminal possession of a weapon with a bullet, police say. Christopher Mayren, 20, was charged with obstructing governmental administration, criminal mischief, criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny, aggravated harassment and harassment. Mayren was released without bail, and Sosa was sent to Rikers Island on a 25,000 bond, which he posted on Nov. 12, the Bronx District Attorney’s Office tells Fox News Digital. [Wow! Medical examiner says subway madman had drugs in system in Marine vet’s chokehold trial | 15 Nov 2024 | A Manhattan forensic pathologist who conducted the autopsy on Jordan Neely after he died following an aggressive outburst on a New York City subway car testified Friday that Neely had synthetic drugs in his system when he died but had been killed by asphyxiation. Dr. Cynthia Harris of the City Medical Examiner’s Office testified during the manslaughter trial of Marine veteran Daniel Penny, 26. She said she had ruled the 30-year-old Neely’s cause of death to have been asphyxia from compression to his neck. The toxicology report showed he also had drugs in his system, although she said she could identify them broadly as “a synthetic cannabinoid,” but not in specific terms or at what dose.
