Hello! I am Michelle Elder and I am running for re-election to retain my seat on the Huntington Woods City Commission. In January 2019, I was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Huntington Woods City Commission, then elected to the office that November. My goals as City Commissioner are to serve as a voice for the residents of Huntington Woods, act responsibly and with transparency as a steward of public tax dollars, and provide leadership to maintain city services and programs for the needs of the community today, while also planning for the city’s future.

My husband, Andy, grew up in Huntington Woods, where his family still lives. We moved here in 2014 to raise our family and recruited my parents to move here too. I love our community and would be honored to continue to serve as your City Commissioner!
