Good morning  from Washington, where Senate Democrats talk like they’ve got stronger ethics than Supreme Court justices. Fred Lucas reports. It’s been a year since the leak of the high court opinion ending abortion on demand, and Mary Margaret Olohan reviews the fallout. On the podcast, the Job Creators Network applauds what House Republicans did about the nation’s debt limit. Plus: defunding nonprofits that enable illegal immigration; forcing federal employees to return to the office; taking back parental responsibility for educating kids; and girding for a new rush at the border. On this date in 1954,  the Supreme Court unanimously rules that the 14th Amendment applies to all races and ethnicities, declaring that civil rights laws include Hispanics and other nonwhites.
