A jury found a man not guilty of charges in an alleged plot to kidnap Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan.

Brandon Caserta told reporters that the FBI “concocted” the alleged kidnapping plot with undercover agents who were influencing a militia group called the Wolverine Watchmen.

Without the FBI’s involvement, Caserta says no one would have attempted to commit a crime. Although the FBI claimed they uncovered the alleged plot to kidnap Whitmer, Caserta says it was their planted idea all along.

“If the government wasn’t involved in this situation, it would have never gotten to where it is now,” he said. “The FBI obviously concocted this entire thing. Without their presence, this would have never happened.”
