In other words, there is the temporal self (personality) aspect of us that is always going to be changing and impermanent as it flows through the ever changing circumstances of life (negative and positive; duality)… AND there is the eternal observer within us that is ALWAYS present and unchanging (Higher Self, the unconditional love). Sovereignty, in my own words, is being able to remember this and be AWAKE to this in each moment of life- regardless of what is arising (negative or positive)… you always have everything you need within at every moment when you remember/know this.
