Armenia and Azerbaijan’s leaders are resisting growing international pressure to end their conflict over the breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh. French President Emmanuel Macron said Turkey’s “warlike” rhetoric was encouraging Azerbaijan to reconquer Nagorno-Karabakh.
