Tennessee Man Charged With Aiding Hezbollah After Firebombing Indictment

  • Regan Darby Prater, 27, of Tennessee, was charged with attempting to provide material support to Hezbollah, according to a federal indictment.
  • Prater was previously indicted for allegedly firebombing the Highlander Center, a nonprofit research and education center in New Market, Tenn., where prosecutors say he spray-painted a symbol linked to a World War II-era Romanian Nazi organization.
  • Court filings allege he attempted to send personally identifiable information of individuals purportedly affiliated with the Israeli government to Hezbollah; he pleaded not guilty and is scheduled for trial April 14. READ MORE

Maryland Man Pleads Guilty in ISIS Travel Plot

  • Michael Sam Teekaye Jr., 22, of Hanover, Md., pleaded guilty Jan. 30 in federal court to attempting to provide material support to ISIS.
  • Investigators said Teekaye planned to travel through Turkey to Somalia to join the group and researched locations in Maryland where he could kill Jews and supporters of Israel; he also attempted to purchase an assault rifle but was denied because he was on probation.
  • He was arrested in October 2025 at Baltimore/Washington International Airport before boarding an international flight and faces up to 20 years in federal prison, with sentencing scheduled for July 8. READ MORE

Minneapolis Man Arrested on Federal Charges for Threats Against ICE Officers

  • Kyle Wagner, 37, of Minneapolis, Minn., was arrested on federal cyberstalking and threatening communications charges, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
  • Prosecutors said that in January 2026 Wagner posted messages on Facebook and Instagram encouraging followers to confront, assault, and “hunt” federal immigration officers and distributed protective gear such as shields and gas masks to agitators.
  • Authorities also allege Wagner doxxed a pro-ICE individual by posting personal identifying information online and threatening the person. He is scheduled to appear in federal court as the case proceeds. READ MORE

Member of Neo-Nazi Sextortion Ring Arrested on Child Porn Charges

  • Aaron “Baggeth” Corey, a 23-year-old from Albany, N.Y., was arrested on child pornography charges after federal agents discovered over 25 videos and images on his devices depicting children as young as 2, including explicit acts involving minors aged 5-6.
  • Corey was allegedly part of the “764” neo-Nazi sextortion ring, known for exploiting vulnerable children online via platforms like Discord and Roblox, coercing them into nude poses, self-harm, and animal torture; he used the username “Baggeth” and was linked to attempts to suffocate victims with bags.
  • The “764” network is described by the DOJ as a “nihilistic violent extremist organization” that blackmails teens. Corey’s arrest stemmed from a drug-related warrant that uncovered the child exploitation material, prompting a new investigation. READ MORE

Mississippi Man Sentenced for Arson Attack on Mormon Church

  • Stefan Day Rowold, 37, of Wiggins, Miss., was sentenced to 360 months in federal prison after a jury convicted him of civil rights and arson charges.
  • Prosecutors said Rowold broke into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Wiggins on July 5 and July 7, 2024, vandalized the interior with hateful messages, and set fires using hymnals, paintings, and other religious items as kindling.
  • After the first fire failed to destroy the building, Rowold returned two days later to set a second fire. The congregation could not hold services for months, and the court ordered $176,564 in restitution. READ MORE

Mississippi Teen Indicted in Arson Attack on Jewish Community Buildings

  • Stephen Spencer Pittman, 19, of Madison, Miss., was charged in a federal superseding indictment with civil rights and arson offenses related to the burning of Beth Israel Congregation and the Goldring/Woldenberg Institute of Southern Jewish Life in Jackson.
  • Court documents allege Pittman used gasoline to set the fire during the early morning hours of Jan. 10, causing extensive damage and leaving the building unusable for an indefinite period.
  • He faces federal charges, including arson of property used in interstate commerce and damaging religious property. The FBI, ATF, Jackson Police Department, and Jackson Fire Department are investigating the case. READ MORE

Georgia Man Arrested After Social Media Threat Against Albany School

  • Jermaskie Williams, 32, was taken into custody in Albany, Ga., after police investigated a Facebook post containing a threat to “shoot” an unspecified local school.
  • Dougherty County Police and Albany Police recovered a handgun during the investigation and determined there was no active threat to the public.
  • Williams was charged with making terroristic threats, and authorities said additional charges may follow as the investigation continues. READ MORE

Indianapolis Teen Charged After Threats Against Center Grove Schools

  • Adrian Abundio-Valente, 18, of Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested after sending threatening messages to the Center Grove High School social media account in Johnson County.
  • Court documents said the messages warned he would enter the school with a rifle and kill people; investigators later determined he was angry about a planned student demonstration related to immigration enforcement.
  • Officers executed a search warrant at his residence, recovered a Glock 19 handgun, and charged him with felony intimidation as the case proceeds in court. READ MORE
