AS many of you know, although I have absolutely no problem with anti-fascists if they are peaceful, I have no time for groups like Antifa that merely set out to silence the political opposition on behalf of either the authoritarian Left or, more covertly, Zionist politicians. Furthermore, I am fairly confident that we National-Anarchists have ‘unmade’ more fascists than Antifa, even without attacking meetings or terrorising people in their homes. It may appear surprising, therefore, given Antifa’s leading role in the suppression of free speech, that it was recently declared a “terrorist organisation” in the United States. However, things are never quite as they seem.

Over the last few days, we have been told that Mark Bray – an assistant professor at Rutgers University in New Jersey – has fled to Spain on account of receiving death threats from those on the American Right who have connected him to the leadership of Antifa itself. He is, after all, the author of a 2017 book entitled Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook and has taught courses on both anti-fascism and terrorism. The latter, traditionally, has often been the preserve of those who have some kind of connection to the intelligence agencies. Whilst, in my opinion, Bray himself should also enjoy the privilege of free speech, the book promotes direct action against fascist organisations and this makes Dr. Bray an advocate of violence.

Now, whilst it may seem perfectly logical for a man who also specialises in the history of modern Spain to have fled to that very same country, what if he were in the pay of the American Government and had been given the job of stirring up trouble in Europe? It would be particularly useful to plant a ‘persecuted’ figurehead of this kind in such a volatile and divided country as Spain, especially as efforts are being made to cause as much chaos as possible and bring the EU project to an end. Antifa, at least outside Germany, has never really consolidated itself in Europe to any large degree and this would be a useful way to further divide people as the ruling class continues to syphon off the last vestiges of wealth from an economic model that will soon be replaced. Besides, Antifa’s notorious anonymity can provide the System with no end of possibilities.
