Moving from an academic theory to MAGA policy prescriptions, postliberalism has shifted the landscape of political discourse. As political conflicts between liberals and postliberals heats up, the theoretical debate between varieties of postliberalism has also intensified. Its core ideas remain contested, particularly amongst its key theorists. Telos 212, edited by the key postliberal theorist Adrian Pabst and available today, provides an overview of the postliberal turn in theory as well as some different perspectives on its meaning and significance. Looking ahead, we will be presenting additional contributions to this debate in our next issue.
