I FAIL to see what is so ‘shocking’ about America’s alleged intention to seize control of Gaza. Thanks to many years of media brainwashing, most people STILL don’t realise that ‘Israel’ IS the United States or that recent nonsense about America taking over Canada and Greenland was merely designed to make this latest announcement seem equally ridiculous.

Similarly, it is foolish to imagine that this is all about Trump’s personal interest in prime real estate – even though it is a contributory factor in the sense that he will be handsomely rewarded for his efforts – for the ultimate objective is the establishment of a so-called ‘Greater Israel’ (Eretz Yisrael Hashlema) extending from the Nile to the Euphrates.

What began with mass colonialism and now involves a particularly vicious form of expansionism, therefore, is merely the consequence of a disguised U.S. imperialism that allows Washington to operate through pantomime villains such as Meir, Begin, Shamir, Sharon and Netanyahu.

Whilst this was always a very convenient way for the American ‘good cop’ to be seen to pacify the Israeli ‘bad cop,’ now that Trump himself is busy performing as the quintessential bad guy America’s true role in the Middle East is becoming more and more apparent. At some point in the future, ‘Israel’ will finally get its own ‘good cop’ and be seen to achieve lasting peace on the bones of its Arab victims.
