🇵🇰🚨 Nearly 1,000 supporters of Pakistan’s jailed former PM Imran Khan have been arrested after they stormed the capital to demand his release. A top Khan aide said “hundreds” had sustained bullet wounds. At least six people were killed in the protests before the overnight clashes.
🫁🩺 Take a deep breath: a new drug could revolutionise asthma treatment. AstraZeneca’s Fasenra, an injectable treatment for severe asthma, has been found to be more effective during attacks than the oral steroid that has been the standard of care for 50 years. A study showed it cuts the need for further treatment by 30% – a game changer for patients.
