Leave Justice Thomas Alone

Good morning,

Leftists are claiming that Justice Clarence Thomas should recuse himself from the presidential immunity case next week. They claim that because his wife is a longtime political activist who raised questions about the 2020 election, he has no place on the court. But that is only the formal reason. The real reason they want him to recuse himself is so the radical left has more sway in the Supreme Court. Mark Paoletta points out in The Federalist that this is a politically motivated attack, not an earnest effort in the interests of due process. Leave Justice Thomas alone!
