I think what’s going on with TYT is this: That channel is funded by Jeffrey Katzenberg, and its purpose is to get Dems elected. A big part of who wins in 2024 will depend on which party normie voters think is least extreme. The Dems strategy is to attack the GOP as dangerous extremists while offering nothing in their own platform. They’re strategy amounts to “Vote for us, at least we’re not them.” But for that to work, the Dems have to control extremists on their own side, and they know affirmative action, trans fanaticism, extreme Idpol, etc are not popular with a lot of normies. Hence, Dem house media is trying to rein in some of that. I’ve noticed CNN is moving back toward the center as well.
