BREAKING: Supreme Court RESTRICTS EPA From Regulating Carbon Emissions

So far this term the SCOTUS has ruled:

1. The 2A upholds individual rights to bear arms.

2. Social controversies like abortion are states’ issues and not federal ones.

3. Unelected agencies cannot unilaterally pass their own laws.

Not exactly fascism.
