On today’s What America’s Thinking, a new Hill-HarrisX poll finds 48 percent of voters approve of Joe Biden as president while 43 percent disapprove and 9 percent said neither. This survey was conducted online within the United States from September 27 – 28 among 935 registered voters by HarrisX.
