“It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon his not understanding it” – Upton Sinclair
How many people do you think actually serve humanity on their jobs? Do you think the grocery store worker realizes the service they provide? The farmer (maybe)? I don’t believe that the majority of folks believe they are changing the world when that alarm sounds and they get ready ready for work in the morning.
However, when it comes to law enforcement (LE) – city, county, state or federal – this is a delusion they live with, and by, every day. They believe that without them civilization will perish. This is especially true in America. The propaganda that has been peddled to teach the general public that LE are the nightwatchmen, and without them we would all be raped or dead, is evident by the worship shown to them by the general public. This idolatry doesn’t exist in most countries.
