1. However, Harvard IS “institutionally racist”. In order to keep many Asians out, they adopt a racially biased policy. With an actual ‘color-blind’ admissions system, Harvard would be 40% Asian, and most of the rest would be white.

   Harvard won a lawsuit, but they haven’t yet won the appeal, which probably will go to the Supreme Court eventually.

   Harvard will ultimately lose, because it is on the wrong side of history.
