The intra-ruling class debate seems to be between those who think the peasants should be forced to stay at home under de facto house arrest and starve (the position of liberal partisans of the therapeutic state) and those who think the peasants should be forced back to work under the risk of acquiring COVID-19 (the conservative plutocratic position).
