  1. I just don’t understand this analysis at all. Maybe I am just a fatalist but I think I am a realistic one. The total number of people that are going to die from this is roughly fixed until a cure is reached so long as there is no ventilator shortages/ICU shortages (which there hasn’t been). Only in italy which has lots of relationships with China, a worse healthcare system, bad air, and old population. Unless in both cases (spanish flu and covid) you indefinitely keep people inside there is no solution…the death waves will always come regardless of what is done. I don’t get this kind of analysis at all and it sort of reminds me of a religious ritual.
