1. Eh, I just don’t give a shit. I don’t see this is a meaningful topic at all. Someone owns hard drives, and internet cables, etc. Someone else has or has not some specific agreement about storage and access to data. ‘Absentee ownership’ crap is a non-issue as far as I am concerned, anyway, insofar as you have a responsible (to clients) legal system, and if you do not you are fucked anyway and I am indifferent to what set of homosexual tyrannies you erect in its places.
