Victory in Arizona

Good morning,
The Arizona Supreme Court delivered a major pro-life victory yesterday. The state Supreme Court ruled that an 1864 law that banned abortion in the state was still in place and had full force of law. The court’s 4-2 ruling overturned a 2022 law that limited abortion to 15 weeks. After the overturn of Roe v. Wade in 2022, the abortion fight was left to the states, and it is encouraging to see that states are taking a stand against this travesty. We must continue to fight in our own states to protect the right to life for the most vulnerable among us.
