As promising as this looks, there’s one major flaw with this poll. Kyle mentions how the free speech stat is due to how participants “perceive” liberal or conservative positions on the matter. My question is, how do they perceive the liberal or conservative position of the other issues? Some of these are more obvious than others. Like everyone knows conservatives are pro-life and liberals are pro-choice. But how sure are we that someone who supports weed legalization thought that was a conservative position, for example?
