The thing that scares them the most about Elon Musk is that he’s actually contemplating making Twitter open source. This isn’t about a critique at least not a serious one over the alleged lack of control over the platform. It’s really about the fact that Elon musk is actually contemplating seriously exposing the control that already goes on with respect to Twitter by making the platform open source and revealing who gets boosted and who basically gets disappeared by the algorithms.
