The problem I have with Pakman’s commentary in this is that both Left and Right have their favorite “billionaire bogeymen.” For the Right, it’s “big finance” and “big tech” moguls like Soros, Gates, Zuckerberg, etc. For the Left, it’s “big oil” or “big pharma” moguls like the Kochs, Sacklers, etc., or Republican donors like the Mercers.  Ironically, one of the biggest Republican donors is Sheldon Adelson, another “Jewish billionaire.” Obviously, there are people who dislike Soros simply because he’s Jewish but Pakman is taking “anti-Sorosism” out of context.

Fox News propagandist Tucker Carlson quickly reverts back to classic anti-Semitic right-wing tropes, blaming George Soros, the old rich Jewish guy, for America’s problems.
